Trium & Co is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to the selling shareholders of Natural Hair Transplant (NHT) in connection with the sale of 100% of the clinic’s share capital to Dr. Antoine Alliez, aesthetic surgeon and partner at Clinique Sainte-Victoire in Aix-en-Provence, announced in December 2025.
Founded in 2017 by Dr. Philippe Ginouvès in Avignon, NHT has established itself as a national benchmark in hair transplantation, with medical expertise recognized by the international scientific community. The clinic offers a comprehensive range of surgical and medical treatments built around FUE techniques, with or without shaving of the donor area, as well as complementary treatments such as PRP, DNA sampling and hormonal protocols. A member of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery, the World FUE Institute and the Société Française de Greffe Capillaire, NHT generated revenue of approximately €3 million in fiscal year 2025 and employed around fifteen people at the time of the transaction. Now in his seventies, and after ten years spent developing and training his team, Dr. Ginouvès sought to transition ownership of the practice he built over nearly four decades of hair restoration surgery, in order to support its ambitious national expansion.
The acquirer, Dr. Antoine Alliez, is an aesthetic surgeon and the founder of Clinique Sainte-Victoire in Aix-en-Provence, which he has built over the years into a leading aesthetic surgery practice in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region. The acquisition marks a new chapter for Dr. Alliez, who intends to build a leading national hair restoration group around the NHT brand, its expertise and its training methods, with dedicated centers in France’s major cities.
The transaction comes amid strong growth in the hair restoration market, with the volume of hair transplant procedures in Europe growing at an annual rate of nearly 12% between 2010 and 2021, according to ISHRS data. It reflects the ongoing consolidation of the aesthetic medicine and surgery sector in France, where specialized operators with deep medical expertise are drawing growing interest from players seeking to build national platforms.
